I will gradually add skills from 3 heroes and what they give: 


1) Interference - reduces the magic power of the enemy hero by 10% during combat. 
Advanced interference - by 20%.
Expert interference - by 30%.


2) Logistics - basic logistics increases the number of hero's movement units on land by 5%. 
Advanced logistics - 10%.
Expert logistics - 20%. 


3) Reconnaissance - basic reconnaissance allows the hero to see 1 cell further, into unexplored territory.
Advanced reconnaissance - by 3 cells.
Expert reconnaissance - by 5 cells.


4) Earth Magic - allows the hero to use earth magic spells at a lower cost.
Advanced Earth Magic - for a lower price and with greater effectiveness.
Expert Earth Magic - for a lower price and with maximum effectiveness. 


5) Wisdom - Basic Wisdom allows the hero to learn 3rd-level spells.
Advanced Wisdom - 4th-level spells.
Expert Wisdom - 5th-level spells.


6) Pathfinding - Reduces the penalty for moving off-road, reducing the price by 25%. 
Advanced Pathfinding - reducing the price by 50%.
Expert Pathfinding - reducing the price by 75%.


7) Armor - Basic armor reduces damage dealt to the hero's units by enemy troops by 5%. 
Advanced Armor - reduces damage by 10%.
Expert Armor - reduces damage by 15%. 




8) Marksmanship - Basic Marksmanship increases the damage of your creature's shots by 10%.
Advanced Marksmanship - by 30%.
Expert Marksmanship - by 50%.


9) Fire Magic - Allows the hero to use Fire Magic spells at a lower cost.
Advanced Fire Magic - at a lower cost and with greater efficiency.
Expert Fire Magic - at a lower cost and with maximum efficiency.


10) Offense - Basic Offense increases the melee damage of the hero's troops by 10%.
Advanced Offense - by 20%.
Expert Offense - by 30%.


11) Air Magic - Allows the hero to use Air Magic spells at a lower cost.
Advanced Air Magic - at a lower cost and with greater effectiveness.
Expert Air Magic - at a lower cost and with maximum effectiveness.


12) Water Magic - Allows the hero to use Water Magic spells at a lower cost.
Advanced Water Magic - at a lower cost and with greater effectiveness.
Expert Water Magic - at a lower cost and with maximum effectiveness.


13) First Aid - Basic First Aid, gives the hero control of the First Aid Tent. Allows 40-50 health to be healed from the first targeted creature in the squad. The tent increases the health of the hero's creatures by 5%. The tent loses more than 40% of health in one hit. 
Advanced First Aid - 60-75 to the first creature in the squad and a 10% increase in health to creatures.
Expert First Aid - 80-100 healing and a 15% increase in health.


14) Artillery - Basic artillery gives control over turrets, ballistas, and cannons. The ballista has a 50% chance of dealing 100% damage. The cannon has an increased chance of hitting fortifications. The cannon and ballista lose no more than 40% health per hit.
Advanced Artillery - the ballista fires twice and has a 75% chance of dealing 100%. The cannon has an increased chance of hitting fortifications and +100% damage.
Expert Artillery - the ballista fires twice and deals +100% damage to creatures. The cannon accurately fires at fortifications and deals +200% damage to creatures.


15) Tactics - Basic Tactics allows you to rearrange your units right before the battle, using the three rows of the battlefield closest to the hero. Blocks one level of the enemy's tactics. 
Advanced Tactics - five rows of the battlefield closest and blocks two levels of tactics. 
Expert Tactics - seven rows of the battlefield closest and blocks three levels of tactics.


16) Mysticism - Basic Mysticism restores 10% of the hero's maximum mana daily, with a minimum of 5 units. 
Advanced Mysticism - 20% of mana daily, with a minimum of 10 units. 
Expert Mysticism - 30% of mana daily, with a minimum of 15 units.


17) Intelligence - Basic Intelligence increases the hero's normal maximum mana by 20%.
Advanced Intelligence - Increases the hero's normal maximum mana by 35%.
Expert Intelligence - Increases the hero's normal maximum mana by 50%.


18) Leadership - Basic Leadership increases the hero's unit morale by 1.
Advanced Leadership - Increases the hero's unit morale by 2.
Expert Leadership - Increases the hero's unit morale by 3.


19) Learning - Basic Learning increases the hero's experience gain by 20%. When learning this skill, the hero gains an additional level.
Advanced Learning - increases the hero's experience gain by 40% and an additional level.
Expert Learning - increases the hero's experience gain by 60% and an additional level.


20) Luck - Basic Luck increases the hero's luck by 1.
Advanced Luck - increases the hero's luck by 2.
Expert Luck - increases the hero's luck by 3.


21) Estate - A Basic Estate brings an additional 250 gold per day.
Advanced Estate - brings an additional 500 gold per day.
Expert Estate - brings an additional 1000 gold per day.


22) Magic - Basic Magic increases the hero's spell damage in battle by 10%.
Advanced Magic - increases the hero's spell damage in battle by 20%.
Expert Magic - Increases the hero's spell damage in combat by 30%.


23) Literacy - Basic Literacy allows heroes to exchange 1-2 level spells in their spellbooks.
Advanced Literacy - Allows you to exchange 1-3 level spells.
Expert Literacy - Allows you to exchange 1-4 level spells.


24) Ballistics - Basic Ballistics gives the hero control over the catapult. Allows you to fire one shot. 
Advanced Ballistics - Allows you to fire two shots.
Expert Ballistics - Allows you to fire two shots with maximum damage.


25) Eagle Eye - Basic Eagle Eye gives a 10% chance to learn an enemy's 1-3 level spell during combat. And a 100% chance during casting. Blocks one level of Eagle Eye.
Advanced Eagle Eye - casts spells levels 1-4 with a 20% chance and blocks two levels of Eagle Eye.
Expert Eagle Eye - all spells with a 30% chance and blocks the enemy's Eagle Eye skill. 


26) Diplomacy - Basic diplomacy allows you to negotiate with monsters weaker than your army and reduces the cost of surrender by 20%.
Advanced Diplomacy - reduces the cost of surrender by 40%.
Expert Diplomacy - reduces the cost of surrender by 60%.
