One of the main features of this Chekhyter local transport is the accumulation of cortnium and the construction of user bases using cortnium. Unlike the Harrasser and the Flash, the ant cannot be killed with regular firearms.
Basically, if you build bases, you'll spend most of your game time in the ant. Most often, you'll be killed by enemy fighters, even in your faction's territory.
Equipment and weapons
1. Builder. If you're building bases, the first thing you need to do is max out the Ant's Cortnium capacity. Next comes movement speed, to reach 80 km/h, and then comes Cortnium camouflage, followed by regular camouflage to prevent your Ant from automatically appearing on enemy minimaps.
The main enemy is aviation, so be sure to get a Ranger for your Ant.
2. Anti-Tank - sometimes saboteurs, instead of fighters, will kill you with a tank or solo harasser, or destroy your base with Cortnium bombs, after first parking a Thunder with a Kloka 30 meters away. They can also spawn a Max from a Sandra at your base. Therefore, a second loadout is needed for fighting ground targets.
Here, we always install a Bulldog and upgrade its ammo capacity to nine, if possible. Additional modules include auto-repair and a threat detection module for highlighting moving infantry on the minimap, or fire suppression. With this setup, it's quite possible to kill a Lightning or Sandra in a Clown at your base, or even a Harrasser solo.
3. Infantry farming - the same as the previous setup, except you can use a Cobalt instead of a Bulldog. The Bulldog is also good for picking off infantry.
Combat tactics
1. Base Builder. You'll need the gear from the first point, focused on camouflage, so you can build your base in any situation, whether it's your own or enemy territory.
2. Anti-Sandra - a rig with a bulldog and an infantry seeker module, allowing you to find and pick off enemy Sandra units, even solo, around your base. Or farm certificates if your faction is defending the bio lab, while down in the garage, under a protective field, in an ant, highlighting enemy infantry.
3. Crusher - you can use camouflage modules to crush enemy infantry around the base while in stealth until your cortnium reserves are depleted. But be prepared to install a mine protection module. After all, who wants to be run over by an ant repeatedly? It's best to stock up on cortnium supplies beforehand, near the warpgate.
A vehicle for collecting cortnium and using it to build fortifications—player bases. It has four seats: the driver's seat, the upper gun, and two passenger seats. It can't be damaged by regular firearms.
1) Air:
As an Ent driver and base builder, you'll often encounter things like enemy fighters flying into your territory, looking for lone ants like you, and shooting down your transport from the air. That's why this fit is equipped with an anti-air cannon so you can fight back against these monsters. It also includes camouflage—you're invisible on the minimap. I recommend it; it's proven time-tested.
2) Infantry/Tank:
Also a good choice. It comes with a Bulldog multi-shot anti-tank grenade launcher mounted on top. It deals fragmentation damage and is also effective against infantry. Additional slots include a repair kit and a 200-meter-radius movement detector. If you can't kill anyone, use this setup and just drive around solo, shooting anything that moves on the minimap with a grenade launcher. This fit also works if you have a saboteur at your base, and it ruins everything you've built with Cortium.
3) Crusher:
A setup similar to the Harrasser: kill enemies near sand by running them over with your wheels. Movement detection, camouflage, and acceleration are all included in the fit. Previously, this could be done in a cloak by farming Cortium, but now it's certainly more difficult.
4) Infantry:
An anti-infantry machine gun is installed as the upper weapon; ideal for when you're sitting in a group at spawn and simply shooting everything that comes your way. Doesn't damage armored vehicles.
